Tiffany is a lifelong resident of Springdale and she has been in the insurance industry since 2003. She has been a licensed agent with Phil's office since 2011. Her focus is auto, home & life insurance. She and her husband, TJ, have 3 children - Katie, Austin & Dallas. Tiffany and her family enjoy camping, boating and enjoying the Natural State with all the many outdoor activities it has to offer.

Alvaro Badillo
Insurance Account Representative
Alvaro is a lifelong resident of Springdale, and he rejoined our team in 2021. He has been a licensed agent with Phil's office since 2021. His focus is auto, home & life insurance. He is a 2012 graduate of Springdale's HarBer High School where he played football. Growing up in a Hispanic family, he is fluent in both English & Spanish. He and his wife, Carley, welcomed their first child, Sophie, in 2023!

Shawna Ford
Insurance Account Representative
Phil's wife, Shawna, is also a licensed agent and has worked in his office off and on since 1989. While their children attended Springdale Public Schools, she was very active serving as a board member for PTSO, basketball & cross country team Booster Clubs, and the Band Boosters. Shawna enjoys traveling with Phil and playing the occasional round of golf.
